My son is travelling overseas and has lost his sim card. My account number is *hidden* and the mobile number that is attached to the sim he has lost is *hidden*.
How can I cancel the sim card?

@Peter25 Hi Peter as this a Public Forum I would edit your post remove your account details and the phone number.
If the lost sim is under your account please contact Optus Support either via phone, Optus Messaging or Social Media.
If the lost sim card is on a different account the account holder will have to contact Optus.
