I have a new long term(365 days) $180 prepaid, which has 60gb data.
In the usage it shows internet browsing as a $amount used, but 0kb. How can I find the data amount used and also the detailed usage from the beginning of the plan.
This can be obtained by logging into the My Account Portal.
However long term usage is not available via self serve, please Chat with us to request and obtain this info.

How is anyone meant to manage their data usage across 12 months without being told what they are using?
Surely there's no technical difference between monthly and yearly prepaid? Both are obviously tracked and Optus must know the precise data amounts used at any time (if only to shut the service down when it runs out). Why doesn't Optus provide this pretty vital information if not daily then once a month?
