Hi there @Zachie, this is really simple one! You've got a couple of options.
- Change your Prepaid Mobile Phone rate plan by sending an SMS with the word 'MENU' to 9999
- Head to → https://offer.optus.com.au/mobilerpc/
- Jump onto Live chat → Optus.com.au/livechat. Ask them to switch your across to the Prepaid Long Expiry Plan.
If you do change your plan, any remaining prepaid credit will be forfeited. It's best to use up your existing credit before switching rate plans.
