Login and sim linking

I've tried to log into the myoptus app to link my galaxy watch to my network but it is saying that my account login details are not linked to this SIM... it's my sim?? How to I fix this?

If you have a social media account, please send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter with the details so they can take a look at what the issue is.

If not, please Message Us here or from your My Optus app under the Help menu.
