Hey @IRKGOVIC, 


If possible, I'd give our Social Media team a shot. You can message them over Facebook or Twitter. They'll be able to link the service from their side. 


Unfortunately, we can't make changes to accounts over the forum.

@ikrgovic  As per the Large Bold Red Text on the Yes Crowd Page
"Note: Yes Crowd cannot access or view customer accounts/orders."

If you are a new customer to Optus it can take up to 48 hrs for the service(s) to link to your account.
You can message Optus Support on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for further assistance.

I don’t have any social media, no fb no twiter. I think the optus is the worst provider ever. Such a waste of time...
