Just wondering if I am required to return the AC adaptor, charging cable and earphones which were supplied in the box?? I only have the AC adaptor

Hey @lmillsteed, you will just need to return the actual device and ensure it is in 'good working order'. We have a guide that includes more info on returning your leased device and what constitutes 'good working order'. 

It also includes info on where you can return your device and how to unlock your device before you return it.

my plan expires next month and i want to get another phone but I'm told i will owe $240.00

Hey @allenmaclean - Was this expiring at the 12 month period or finishing all up?


If you're in the last 12 months of your contract, you can return the phone and pay a small fee to change up the plan and handset, should you be eligible and fit the good working order criteria that Jack has sent above.


Was the fee perhaps the Fair Market Value?
