Last month my bill was due 18th of July but I requested an extension until the 1st of August, I paid my bill on the 28th of July so I would not breach the extension.
i have recently got this months bill and there is a late payment fee, I am just wondering if I would still get a late payment fee if I was granted an extension.
I have tried calling Optus but have been unable to talk to an actual person
