I’ve just st signed up to Optus and figured I had just not set it up. As highlighted earlier I didn’t check my contract for visual voicemail but, honestly, who wouldn’t offer this in 2017. It is almost comically backwards.

I've now long switched away from Optus and am still exceptionally happy with Vodofone. Every now and then I come back here and am not surprised to see that people are still being let down by Optus when it comes to visual voicemail on iPhone. Ironically, beneath this thread when I clicked it was an Optus ad for the iPhone X. It stated in small print that availability might be limited; how strange that Optus don't advertise that features are limited? The iPhone X - THE premium phone on the market, proudly brought to you by Optus WITHOUT visual voicemail.
