After trying several times I finally bought a mobile online. The thing is that I didn’t mark the option of keep my number. Now they sent me an email with a new number but I want to keep my previous number from Vodafone.
what should I do?
It should still be in the system. Hopefully someone else hasn't been assigned it already.
Can only suggest you contact Optus directly (LIVECHAT or PHONE) and request they try get it.
Depending how far along your order is, you can either ring Online Sales Support to cancel/rebook, or refuse delivery and it will be automatically cancelled to allow you to place a new order.
