Hi - is anyone experiencing delay in getting their June bill from Optus? I usually receive my bill on the 23rd of every month, but I have not received (email) up to date.
When I did a chat with some of the Optus staff on several ocassions - I was told 1) it would be sent on Monday 2nd July - nothing 2) it has not been generated, will get generated soon - nothing 3) I dont know what is happening, i will need to escalate and come back to you - nothing.
I will need to submit some of these to my company for reimbursement - and dealing with Optus call centre has been nothing but frustrating.
Hi @SyedMuhafzal - Thanks for getting in touch. Not ideal that you haven't received a bill. Can you please confirm your account number, full name and DOB via private message?
Have you tried reading the feedback I gave? I have mentioned that I did have a couple of chats (3 occassions) with Optus using the chat system before coming here. Of course I would have gone to my account to check previous billing PDF copy too.
