I am facing issues in Porting out from Optus as my account has not been migrated to Jarvis. Optus doesn't have a network coverage at the location and I am not able to use mobile more than eight hours everyday.
Can you suggest how my account can be transferred to Jarvis immediately.

So few things.
They do migrations to the new jarvis billing system in batches. They cant just force it.
The billing system has no impact on porting, you use your current account number (if postpaid) as part of the porting process.
