Is this a scam text message?

I received a text from +61 434 767 255 that says:

Optus: We still didn't hear from you. To avoid further issues with your account visit https://optus.com.au.submit-cloud.services/ to confirm your details

I haven't had any account issues, my bills are up to date, my data is working - so I have no idea what this is about.

Does this seem dodgy to you? Normally text messages from Optus come from the 'phone number' OptusAlerts and not from an actual phone number. Or does Optus have mobile numbers they text from as well?

Re: Is this a scam text message?

Yes, it is a phishing site. To test it, I tried to forgot password/forgot email. Nothing happened. I have posted about this few minutes back https://yescrowd.optus.com.au/t5/My-Account/Phishing-Scam-Alert/m-p/624714#M14982

Re: Is this a scam text message?

Just one simple rule: Never follow links in emails or SMS (unless you only just then requested something to be sent to you (e.g. a password reset).

You can't rely on the from phone number to be real as they can easily be spoofed (i.e. faked/impersonated), and should never use that as an indicator of coming from a valid source.
