Is there an Australian-based support member here?

Placed an order online for an iphone 7, it refuses to come, and been told its no longer in stock, changed the color, after being advised that is available. Still not come, and horror of horrors, last check, the phone was changes to Samsung S7 without my consent. There is nobody taking any intitiave and ownership of the issues, the buck keeps getting passed on.

Which colour had you originally ordered? How were you advised that the handset had been swapped to a completely different model?
