My Son has an Iphone 6S bought through Kogan (import not Aus stock) and he cannot get any in-coming caller ID's, checked all phone settings and also Optus account settings and nothing we change fixes this issue, all calls received as "Unknown number"
Can anyone help fix this issue.

This issue has been reported on many occasions and subsequently it may have nothing to do with your particular phone. I would suggest you have a word with support on the live chat link below as there may be a backend setting that only Optus can fix.
