Hi, I just noticed I no longer see my free 300 minutes for international calls for my mobile
in either mobile app or laptop app. A couple of weeks ago it was still there, now is is no longer visible.
Does this mean I don't have free international calls anymore?
My contract has not expired and is not changed so I see no reason this should not be available for me.
Hey @JakobD - not great to hear if you're unable to see your international minutes via the My Optus App or your My Account. We can certainly double check to see if it's still included in your plan, however.
