International Mnutes

I recently moved to Optus mobile service. I have 300 international minutes included in my mobile plan. But I dont see them on myoptus app or myaccount online. Why ? 

I have made few international calls and want to know my remaining minutes. I have tried to resolve this via chat, but nothing has happened so far. Anyone else faced same issue ?

Hey @Amit_Bh - I had a customer last week who experienced something similar. 

 

Can you please send me a PM confirming your mobile number, full name, DOB and screenshot of what you see in the app?

 

Might start collecting examples and passing them on to higher up.
