I recently moved to Optus mobile service. I have 300 international minutes included in my mobile plan. But I dont see them on myoptus app or myaccount online. Why ?
I have made few international calls and want to know my remaining minutes. I have tried to resolve this via chat, but nothing has happened so far. Anyone else faced same issue ?

Can you please send me a PM confirming your mobile number, full name, DOB and screenshot of what you see in the app?
