I have been incorrectly billed for a number that is not even mine for the past two years, only at $10 a month but they have been billing me since November 2017. I originially had a plan with Optus until around October 2017 and after the plan was paid off and compelted, I stoped my plan with Optus and went to a Pre-Paid service instead. But since they I've been billed $10 for a number that is not even mine. I've been trying to get onto Optus about this for so long and no luck. I got transferred around 7 times!!!
