Incorrect billing for prepaid mobile SIM Jan 2018

Hello,

 

My last recharge for a prepaid sim was 24th Jan 2018. This optus topup 24 jan 2018 redacted.png

Optus has billed me repeatedly via direct debit but not put it into the prepaid account between 23 Dec and 24 Jan.

Has anyone else experienced this with a prepaid SIM?


Is there a pattern of optus deducting funds without providing a service?

OK. If you have given Optus direct debit to your account, they will take money if your pack expires. Is there any way for your pack to expire repeatedly within a few days?

Optus can be set up to auto recharge on low balance. Did you set it up for periodic, or low balance?
