Incoming/ outgoing calls

We haven’t been able to make outgoing nor receive incoming calls for past couple of days ? Have tweeted Optus and they say no problems in our area and go buy a new sim !! But it must be a local mast problem as the problem has just started ! Still get data on phone but no connectivity for regular calls ?

@JC12345  Have you tried turning off the phone, removing and inserting the sim again?

Do you access to a second phone to try the sim in?
