Incoming caller id is not working

Hi, there My Incoming caller id is not working . I have been on a plan with Optus for a while now and changed a new phone ,but it still has this problem. Every time someone tries to call me, it won't show any caller ID. I have checked my account settings and my caller ID is set to on. Could anyone help me? Jie
