My incoming caller ID has suddenly stopped working. I get 'No Caller ID' for all incoming calls.
This seems to have happened at the same time that the top left display now says "Optus Wi-Fi Call", rather than just "Optus" (when on wifi) and that the voicemail service has changed to quicktime links in messages, rather than dialling 321.
I've checked my details on my online account and my profile says caller ID is active.
I had a similar problem for a different reason. Online chat sorted it out.
