My incoming caller ID has suddenly stopped working. I get 'No Caller ID' for all incoming calls.
This seems to have happened at the same time that the top left display now says "Optus Wi-Fi Call", rather than just "Optus" (when on wifi) and that the voicemail service has changed to quicktime links in messages, rather than dialling 321.
I've checked my details on my online account and my profile says caller ID is active.

I believe 'Caller ID' only works for calls placed and received on the GSM network.
Can someone confirm if this is true?

Hey @ConnieWarren - did you want to send us a PM with your account details? I'll take a look and make sure everything is provisioned right from my end. Shauna
