You'd have to put a written request to the Customer Resolution Group (CRG) to request such data. Asking the contact centre/chat would be painful to say the least as there is no defined process for such data.
You'd need to detail the reasons why.
Probably worth at least one LIVECHAT/CALL to try. Staff do have access to additional information not on bills (for example daily internet data usage). Couldn't hurt to ask but as JP says it might need a more formal application (although I'm not sure why you'd have to justify the reason for your request)
Obviously blocked/hidden numbers would not be listed.
