IT request



I am having major issues getting a supended serivce re-activated. I have been told now that an IT case has been put on my account and I ahve to wait yet again another 3 days. I'm overseas and am deserate to get the services reconnected. 


Is there a way to speak directly with the IT deparment to try to have this recitifed? 


Would appreciate any advice avaialble.
