IPhone 12 Pro Delay

iPhone 12 Pro signed contract 3-4 weeks ago with Business helper and no phone or answer to messages for 10 days.


helper did good job of sorting Home internet and Account issues and then got overwhelmed presumably.

how many weeks delay is there?

ive offered to change phones to save delay. No response....

Hi @Swaggie, unfortunately if you’re waiting on stock we can’t give an exact timeframe for delivery. Please refer to this → delivery support page for more info. Once you place an order we’ll send you regular updates as your order progresses.

I’m in the same boat. Ordered mine the next day after release and still waiting. Every now and again I get an apologetic text.

Does every one have an iPhone 12 Pro shortage or just Optus?
