I've paid my bill, how can I get my service reconnected?

How long before i get reconnected after my bill is paid?

Quickest way is calling Optus and talking to Financial Services to lift the suspension, if the reason why your services was disconnected due to a unpaid bill. Once the services is reconnected, it may take up to 15 minutes to 4 hours inorder for your service to up and go
