I upgrade for $65 plan, but the phone is not delivery, I WANT TO UNDO BACK MY $40 SIM ONLY PLAN
At 15th Sep I had upgrade my mobile plan with a new mobile phone because my phone is going breakdown.
But after 3 week i had not receive my new mobile. So i call for cancel the order and undo my $40 mobile plan! They agree to do it for me. And 100% they are confirm the mobile had delivery to warehouse.
End of october I look my bill, they charge me $65. Then I call again.
End of november I look my bill, they still charge me $65. Until now have not undo back my $40 mobile plan. Can tell me how to solve this problem? Should I look for consumer affair for help?
