I think I chose the wrong plan...?

I bought a sim card and activated it over 24 hours ago, but I can't make calls, recieve calls or sms for help. I think I might've chosen the wrong plan and I don't know how to change it, I chose the Prepaid Mobile Broadband plan, is it possible to change it? I really want to be able to use this sim card

Re: I think I chose the wrong plan...?

Prepaid Mobile Broadband is for wireless internet to your home. Not mobile phones. Do you have a store you can take it back to?

As its a prepaid SIM it only costs money when you decide to load money into the account. If its wrong just go back to a store and organise to get a new SIM (this time one for your phone)

Hey Peter,

My boyfriend got really annoyed trying to fix it on his own so he went and bought a new one, he made sure to get the phone sim! Thank you for your advice.
