I have suspended my services, why have I been charged?

Hello. I've ordered a phone number suspension, and why is it charging 11 dollars a month?

I was not informed of the amount when I applied for a suspension.

Just a guess on my part. Optus Temporary suspension seems like an ad hoc option that they don't advertise or explain very well and that can change availability depending on who you talk to. It seems the cost (in 2017 at least) is $5.50 a month - do you have two plans?

I agree you should have been told of any costs up front.
