I have left Optus, how do I get a final statement?

I finished a 12-month SIM only plan with Optus and now with another provider.

How do I get a statement for my account ?

Hi phucanh_mraz,

If you transferred your mobile number to the new provider, you will automatically be issued a final bill sent around the same time of the month as your previous bills.

If you connected a new mobile number with the new provider, you will need to contact Optus to cancel your service.
