I have been charged for MIA Sphere Live, which I have never authorised or subscribed to??

Hi,

On my Optus mobile bill last month and the bill I have just received this month,  I have been charged for MIA Sphere Live which I have never authorised or subscribed to.  How do I get this to stop and receive a refund? This is very frustrating.....
