I didn't get double data!

I already send the message "DOUBLE" to 111, and have response, then I recharge $30 but still didn't get double data.

It can sometimes take days for the bonus to come through, have you only just done this?

Did you check if the offer wan not expired? Asking because I too have recived the same offer today while the offer actually expired on 18th.. Ha ha . Optus spamming their own customers.

Yes, the expired day is 21th, and when send the message to 111 have responded.
