I have an order and I have had so many problems with Optus and no one will call me back and I get told something completly different by everyone. I returned my device unused and unopen and they advised me I had been approved and changed plans. I got an email saying my mobile device was on its way but I can't get any tracking updates etc. how can I check if my phone is out of stock or back order etc please someone help!
