I activated a new sim about a day ago and purchased the $10 Optus prepaid epic data. BUT! Every time I try to call someone it says that I have no credit when I’m meant to have 100 minutes of calling credit and my data isn’t working either even though I’m meant to have 5GB. You can’t activate a sim without purchasing a plan so why the hell don’t i have credit or data!!!!
