My neighbours IPhone SE cannot connect to Wi-Fi calling, neither can my IPhone 6.
Though we can both connect to Wi-Fi calling at my place.
I think Optus hasn't enabled Wi-Fi calling their end, though when I rang up and they said it was enabled.
Any way to check or ring someone up to make sure Wi-Fi is enabled at Network level.
Hi @henryk9, since you both are able to connect to Wi-Fi calling at your place this confirms Wi-Fi calling is active and no issues from Optus side. It seems to be issue with the Wi-Fi at your neighbours place. Ask your neighbour to contact his home broadband service provider for further assistance.
If his home broadband is with Optus then he speak with our Technical Support team via the → messaging service for further assistance.
Thanks or the info.
The neighbours Wi-Fi works for her laptop connection to the Internet.
Makes me think this could be a firewall or port problem.
I'll give technical support a try,
