Trying to find the details of the plan/service I am on. When I go to the account settings and select "Your Contracts" nothing appears.
Any ideas on how to find that info?

They'll give you your contract ID.
Google the CIP for that number and get the broad brushstrokes of your deal.
You can find your contract end date in My Account and the My Optus app.
