Today, I was requesting to a team member for replacement a new $40 pre-paid sim and keep my existing phone number. But he changed my number to my previous old number! So, I can not receive/send call&text with my existing number!!!! How or where can I complain?? Thanks
I would jump onto the live chat support link below or the chat feature in the Optus app and tell them precisely what you just told us. If they have associated your new sim with the wrong number they should be able to fix that for you.
Hi @Gteta - very strange that this has occurred. I'm terribly sorry for the experience, a SIM replacement is quite an easy process.
