Have you tried via My Account as well the My Optus app?


1) Login to My Account

2) Select the relevant service from your Dashboard (that's the first screen you'll see after logging in

3) Click Manage 

4) Click Show all settings

5) Click Data add-on

6) Select the Bonus $0.00 20GB data add-on

It won’t let me in
I tried using the app for thousand times
It always ask for my login details but would stay on the same log in page

I tried using the website it would say it is currently invalid and no usage is available

I am so over this
Been trying to get free data since midnight of april 1
Very upsetting

Tried to call their customer service
Waited for 30minutes but no one answer

Optus should not advertise or give free data if it won’t be easily accessed by the users
