I followed the steps described and after clicking on view data, it asks for my email and password, which I enter correctly. Then up comes a screen saying Sorry about this We're unable to display your services via our app Please log in to our website to view your services. The website asks for my service number and I tried my phone number, account number from my bill nothing worked. What now, just pay $20 a day for what you said was to be free data?
