Are all your incoming calls coming up as Private/Hidden/Unknown and you'd rather they didn't?
Simply log into My Account to activate Caller ID:

So, maybe not have to option to change it for land lines if it doesn't actually work. It just wastes time and causes unnecessary frustration.
Oh that's your own service? If it's there then it should work. I don't own a landline and haven't been notified of the change if that's the case. Thank you!

Yes. Although I'm not having problems with caller ID (I actually do have a problem but its with my VoIP ATA and not Optus supplied modem), I pointed someone on the forum there recently and it did not work for them. I'm fairly sure it was CID and not CND.
Is CND supposed to be configurable on that page for mobiles and land lines, or just mobiles, like CID?
