HELP! I rang up on thursday night to port my number across and was told up to 4 hours. Friday morning I still had no service, so contacted the chat line and they raised an IT request to fix a 'stuck' porting. They said allow 24 - 48 hours.
It has now been 53 hours since the IT request was raised. Will this be actioned over a weeked or do I have to wait 48 business hours?!?
From searching Yes crowd I am not the only one experiencing long waiting times when trying to port from Amaysim in the last year. This problem really needs to be fixed
