How do I unlock my SIM? Need a PUK code.

I’ve accidentally locked my SIM and don’t have the PUC/ PUK number. How do I unlock my SIM again??? Please help!

I did see the PUK number in the Optus account portal and I assume it would also be available via the Optus app.

Yep My Account or if unable to Chat is the way to go.

It's not in the App because chances are if you can't access your phone being PUK blocked you can't get into the App as well.

Early Sunday morning so you will have to forgive my obvious mistake even though I do think the Optus app works on a non Optus device with the sign in..

Just so we are on the same page, are you looking to retrieve the PUK code for your service? If so, the PUK code can be obtained by logging into My Account and following the steps listed on our How to get your PUK code page. 

If you run into any issues retrieving the PUK code, I would recommend messaging us via the My Optus app for our Messaging teams to securely confirm your details and provide further assistance from there.
