How do I trade up my S9 to upgrade to the S10?

Have 24 month contract on s9 but was told I can upgrade to s10 after 12 months for $100 if I resign another 24 month contract. Cannot find out how to do this ??

Walk into a store? You'll need to get your phone checked and returned.

 

But you can also do it on live chat or the mobile app or facebook. They'll send out the new phone and a return satchel for use within the month.
