Optus account password. When I signed up with Optus they give you an email address .....@Optus net.com.au. I can’t reset the password as the account isn’t on line. Only the account with our mobiles is listed on line. Not the landline/internet so I can’t change the password. Can you believe I can call someone in sales and they answer but any other number/message service are all having difficulties so I have to call back!
