If you do need to reset your voicemail PIN, the only option is to call up or message us.
We'll send you a randomised 8-digit PIN number. You can change your PIN via the Voicemail setup menu (calling 321).
Note: If you’re trying to access your voicemail service from overseas, you will be required to enter your voicemail to gain access to your voicemail messages.
