I am on 24 month plan - My Plan Plus, which is a postpaid plan.
My handset is Iphone 7.
I would like to share data with my Mac be enabling the hotspot on my phone.
Unfortunately, when I hit this option on my phone in Setting, it alerts me to contact Optus.
I tried to contact Optus online, they said the issue is solved on their end, and asked me to reset my Network.
I did, and the issue still remains on my side .

Could I ask what carrier setting version the phone currently has? Settings, General, About, Service Provider. When you went in there did Optus push an update? I think it's currently at ver28.2.5
Can I assume you've power cycled the phone? Press and hold the Lock/Power then "swipe to turn off" as instructed ect.
