Hotspot asks for subscription

When i activate my mobile hotspot i am asked for a subscription. Other devices will acknowlage the hotspot but will indicate No Internet

Any help is appreciated.

A hot spot is your device sharing its data. Activating it is purely passive. When do you get asked to subscribe?

If you are getting subscription requests then you have a virus or the like. I would suggest you do a factory reset on your phone and start again.
