I have reviewed my bills over the past 9 months and realised I have been signed up for Hip Fun without my consent or agreement. This has been charged via Optus - I am not sure how Optus can charge me for this service without my consent?
I would like to be contacted by someone who can help me review these charges and provide a full refund.
