Hi why hasnt my application been looked at

I applied for your services, and a new Phone last week Thursday the 20th of May, and i havent heard nothing about what is going  on, ive looked online it says its still processing but it has said that since the 21st of this month...

You might also be able to get the iPhone and Optus contract direct at an Apple Store?
